A four-masted steel barque she was delivered  19th April 1892 to Irish Shipowners Company, Belfast, and managed by T. Dixon and Sons, Belfast.
 
1898 May 18 Sold to Aktiengesellschaft "Alster", Hamburg, and was renamed Alsternixe.
 
9th February 1903 she was stranded during hard weather at the entrance to the Columbia River, 1.5 miles SW of the Cape Disappointment Lighthouse. The ship was successfully salvaged several weeks later.
 
26th November 1906 she left Callao in ballast for Melbourne and disappeared.
