In October 1928 she was sold to Y.Hvistendahl, Tonsberg, rebuilt as a whale factory ship at Kiel and renamed Skytteren.

In 1940 she was interned at Gothenburg, attempted to break out to England and was surprised by the German Navy on 1st April1942.

She was scuttled by her crew off Maseskjaer, Sweden to avoid capture.
