Raven (ex-Hydrus) was one of the boats BW "bought back" in 1951. It had been in the L B Faulkner fleet since 1943 and they renamed several of their boats after birds. BW was originally going to use Hydrus on maintenance in the NW but it was nabbed by a boatman for the carrying fleet. |
